my stay at the wellington hotel by blue orchid was nice! the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. a gentleman named plamen provided outstanding service—very friendly and accommodating. i loved how the staff was ready to help with anything we needed.

the rooftop bar wasn't open for guests, which was disappointing.

The shuttle system to transport items between buildings was a hassle. the route wasn’t clearly marked, leading to confusion on which entrance to use. The bathrooms had quirks, like the tiny shower space that made maneuvering awkward, and the heating system struggled to keep the room warm enough during colder nights. A couple of toiletries frequently ran low, which might bother those who prefer ample supplies. the breakfast service lagged significantly. certain items were often out of stock, requiring too much waiting around. It’s worth noting that the mini-fridge didn’t chill properly, but staff provided alternative options for storage.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored popular spots like the British Museum and Covent Garden. The rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Keep in mind, breakfast options weren’t extensive, but it was enough to get us started for the day. I'd recommend this place for a fun group trip!

One downside was the automatic lights in the bathroom, which would turn on at night and wake us up. Not the best design choice.

I absolutely loved my spacious Superior Queen Room with a stunning view overlooking the park! The quick access to major attractions made it a breeze to explore the city. Plus, the cozy dining area in the garden was the cherry on top for meals in a beautiful setting.

I had a delightful stay! The amazing rain shower was incredible, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. The family room was spacious, providing all the comfort we needed.

I stayed for 2 nights in this place and I gotta say, the rain shower was amazing! ! The water pressure was like being in a car wash but in a good way, and the tub was deep enough for a proper soak after a long day!

We had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the cozy bar and the lovely terrace to unwind. The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and super clean, making our stay quite comfortable. The only hiccup was the early morning knock on our door for check-out, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊

Consider asking for a room away from the kitchen to avoid cooking smells, especially if you're sensitive to odors.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our time immensely. The staff’s hospitality truly stood out. We dined at the onsite restaurant. the vegetable lasagna and crème brûlée were fantastic. A short walk to local shops made our stay even more delightful. Don't miss the warm, fresh breakfast!

The room had a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The bathroom offered good water pressure and came with free toiletries. Breakfast included great options like cold cuts and cheese. The location was super convenient, close to Victoria Station and some parks. WiFi was reliable throughout my stay.
